Main Event
RCW Heavyweight Title Match
Jim Brunzell defeated
Davey Boy Smith by disqualification for outside interference at 12:14
[Davey Boy Smith retained the
RCW Heavyweight Title]
**Jim Brunzell had Davey Boy
Smith all but beat when for the second straight week Dynamite Kid appeared at ringside. This time he elected to enter the
ring and pound on Brunzell. When DBS recovered he went right after his former partner. Once Brunzell got his senses back he
helped DBS eject DK over the top rope, but then DBS and Brunzell got into an argument and a pushing match over the disqualification.
Commissioner Baron Von Raschke
came down to the ring to cool things off. He announced that Jim Brunzell would get yet another attempt at DBS for a clean
bout in two weeks in Swift Current. He warned DK, and all others, that anyone interfering in the match will be suspended
indefinitely from RCW. To sweeten the pot a bit more Raschke asked DBS if he wanted a piece of DK, and of course DBS
and the crowd roared their approval. He asked Brunzell the same thing who also got fired up. So Raschke told DK to find himself
a partner for next week because it will be Brunzell and Smith against Dynamite Kid and his partner in tag team action.

Main Event
Davey Boy Smith &
Jim Brunzell defeated Dynamite Kid & Ben Bassarab by pinfall when Smith pinned Bassarab after a running powerslam at 10:34
**The fans were surprised when
Bassarab came out with Kid, and explained that he was an old friend of DK’s as well as DBS’ and he is doing this
favor for DK because he swore he was going to wrestle clean and fair. And for the most part he did, while he had a bit of
an edge to him, it was a fairly clean and hard fought contest. But when the chips were down DK refused a tag in to Bassarab
who was then finished off by DBS as DK looked on from the arena floor.

[Bobby Jaggers retained the RCW

**Jaggers had to cheat, using
a handful of tights on the pin to beat a very angry Ayala
Dynamite Kid defeated
Ben Bassarab by pinfall with a schoolboy rollup at 10:10
**fantastic match between Bassarab
and the man he patterned himself after DK. This match was a result of last week’s tag match where DK walked out on Bassarab.
It was a pretty even match but Bassarab kept letting his temper get in the way, as he was suckered by DK once after chasing
him out of the ring, and once when the ref had to restrain him in the corner, both times letting DK take control of the match
with a sucker punch. In the end Bassarab went to the top buckle too early and attempted a splash on DK, who rolled out of
the way and then rolled up Bassarab for the win.

Davey Boy Smith defeated
Jim Brunzell by pinfall after a running powerslam at 9:46
[Davey Boy Smith retained the
RCW Heavyweight Title]
**DBS controlled the match early,
then tempers got heated for a minute before Brunzell took over the match. The former RCW champ had DBS in an Indian deathlock
but DBS was able to roll his way out of it. Brunzell missed a dropkick when DBS held onto the ropes, then charged at DBS only
to be backdropped over the top rope to the apron, where DBS hit him with a backelbow to the floor. The champ then took control
of the match and hit his finisher a minute later to pick up a big win.

Untelevised matches:
Texas Tornado Match: Jim Brunzell & Baron von Raschke defeated Dan Denton & Todd Becker by submission
when Denton submitted to the figure four (Brunzell) and Becker submitted to the Clawhold (Raschke) simultaneously at 6:01
Non-title Match, No Disqualification: Bruise Brothers defeated Jack Steele & Ricky Rice by pinfall when Picone pinned
Rice after a stuffed piledriver at 10:15
**The champions used a steel
chair to bust Steele wide open, and Rice was also busted open on the ringpost. This match favored the Bruise Brothers but
they will have to out wrestle the former champs if they want to keep their titles.
Submission Match: Ben Bassarab defeated Don Muraco by submission to the
Boston crab at 14:40
**Muraco had the match won after
a piledriver but seemed to forget it was submission only. By the time he put on a camel clutch Bassarab was able to get to
the ropes. Bassarab made a spirited comeback and came up with the big win.
Tommy Jammer & Len Crazy
Horse defeated John Tolos & Timothy Flowers by disqualification at 7:34
**Jammer and Horse frustrated
their opponents so much that Tolos and Flowers finally threw in the proverbial towel by both entering the ring and attacking
their opponents, sending Horse over the top rope and then pounding on Jammer ignoring the ref’s count.
Handicap Match: Jonnie Stewart defeated Beauty & The Beast by pinfall
when Stewart pinned Beauty with an inside cradle at 8:35
**Beast had his valet spend most
of the match on the apron and out of the fray. However, after he had sufficiently beat up on Stewart he finally let in to
the pleas of his valet and tagged her in. Of course Stewart turned the tables. Beast entered the ring and tried to attack
Stewart from behind but the youngster caught him with a forearm and then tossed him out of the ring. Beauty jumped on Stewart’s
back but he easily flipped her over and then cradled her for the win.

[The Terrorist retained the North

RCW Television Title Match
Bunkhouse Brawl
Bobby Jaggers defeated
Hercules Ayala by pinfall after hitting him in the head with his belt buckle at 10:54
[Bobby Jaggers retained the RCW
Television Title]
**Ayala controlled most of this
match beating the unpopular champ from pillar to post, in and out of the ring. However, Jaggers had a spur hidden under the
ring which he brought out and used to bust Ayala open and take control of the match. He attached the spur to his cowboy boot
but when he tried to kick Ayala the big man blocked it and pulled Jaggers boot off. The two slugged it out as they fought
over the boot. Both men were knocked down, and Ayala was up on his feet first and crawling for the boot. He retrieved it but
at the same time Jaggers had taken off his belt and wrapped it around his fist. Ayala swung the boot at the champ who ducked
it, kicked Ayala in the gut, and then nailed him with the belt buckle, and picked up the win.
Main Event
Non-Title, No Disqualification,
No Countout Match
Davey Boy Smith defeated
Dynamite Kid by pinfall after a running powerslam at 12:50
**This match was a back and forth
slug fest that did not feature much of either man’s exciting repertoire, but none the less it was a crowd pleaser. The
two had a great sequence fighting it out on the ring apron with DK retreating to and then up the ring post, then the same
thing happening to DBS. The sequence ended with both men crashing to the mat. The fight then went into the stands. Back inside
the champ finally gained a big advantage by going after the lower back of DK. He continued to work over the back until he
hit his finisher and picked up the win.
After the match DBS was going
to leave the ring when he noticed that DK could not stand. The ref called for a stretcher and the ring doctor as DBS looked
on concerned. After a time cutaway, we rejoined the scene with DK being stretchered off and cursing at DBS as he was leaving.
It was all DBS could do to restrain himself from attacking DK on the stretcher, and in fact he may have if ref Buddy Lane
hadn’t held him back.

"Rocket" Pat Brady defeated Wayne Gillis by pinfall after a piledriver at 3:46
**After the match Brady continued to beat on Gillis while talking into a mic about the superiority of Chicago (Chi-Town,
Windy City) wrestling. Finally Ben Bassarab came out to make the save. But while Brady continued to jaw at Bassarab, another
newcomer from Windy City "Sweet Daddy" Brent Sampson hit the ring and nailed Bassarab vrom behind. Brady and Sampson pounded
on Bassarab with Sampson nailing a full-nelson slam and then Brady hitting a piledriver. Finally Jim Brunzell came out to
make the save.
Jonnie Stewart defeated The Beast by disqualification for use of a foreign object at 8:54
**Stewart controlled the first half of this bout, the Beast the second half. However after taking a spill out of the
ring Stewart caught the eye of the Beast's valet Beauty. The two flirted for a few seconds which caused the Beast to go into
a wild rage hitting Stewart over the head twice with a steel chair, causing the DQ. Beauty had to step in to stop the Beast
from continuing the assault with the chair.
RCW Tag Team Title Match:
The Bruise Brothers defeated Jack Steele & Ricky Rice by pinfall when Koorajian pinned Steele after

up pinning the Heavyweight champ fairly cleanly to pick up a huge win, and put himself in line for a title shot.

Bobby Jaggers defeated Davey Boy Smith by countout at 8:50
[Davey Boy Smith retained the RCW Heavyweight Title]
-Nothing had really been settled between the Heavyweight and TV champions when Dynamite Kid came skulking down to ringside
and hid beside the ring. When DBS stood on the canvas, DK surprised him by pulling him off to the floor below and running
him into the ringpost. DK then hid under the ring. None of this was seen by the ref who counted DBS out. Jaggers missed a
great opportunity to capitalize thinking DBS would recover, having no idea what just happened. When DK emerged after the countout
and walked away, Jaggers did not seem impressed.

off the ladies champion restored her bravado and said she would rip Mimi's head clear off.
Six Man Tag Match
Ben Bassarab, Jim Brunzell, & "Olympian" Mike Powers defeated Pat Brady, Bobby Bass & Brent Sampson by
countout at 10:53
**The Chicago crew were visibly shaken up when the RCW duo of Bassarab and Brunzell brought in Powers as their mystery
partner, as Powers came straight from Chi-Town to help them against his old enemies. With the numbers being even for once
the villians eventually decided to just walk away rather then face certain pinfall.
Main Event
Lumberjack Match
Champion v Champion (Only the Heavyweight Title on the Line)
Davey Boy Smith defeated Bobby Jaggers by pinfall after a running powerslam at 13:34
[Davey Boy Smith retained the RCW Heavyweight Title]
**The Lumberjacks were more there to keep people out, specifically Dynamite Kid then to keep the wrestlers in the ring.
However, the villians used this early to their advantage, making motions like DK was seen coming through the crowd and then
Jaggers tossed DBS out of the ring to the jackals. This only worked once (well except on Len Crazy Horse and Wayne Gillis
who fell for it a second time). Jaggers though gave a good account for himself, and seemed to have the title won after a neckbreaker.
However, he didnt hook the leg so DBS was able to drape a leg over the bottom rope. The villians tried to toss the leg off,
but Buddy Lane spotted it and a massive brawl broke outside the ring. Inside Jaggers got distracted by the brawl, kicking
Jim Brunzell in the back of the head. However, this allowed DBS too much time to recover. The Bulldog threw Jaggers to the
buckle, then hit him with a high back body drop. He followed up with a hanging vertical suplex, then hit his finisher.
After the bout Dynamite Kid finally appeared, and due to the distraction of the big brawl was able to slip in the ring
and attack his former partner from behind. He laid in a short beating before Ben Bassarab made the save.

Televised matches:
The show begins as always with clips of the untelevised matches.
Commissioner Baron von Raschke comes to the ring. He calls out Dynamite Kid, who comes to the ring in
a wheelchair because of his bad back. He is helped by his male nurse into the ring, and then takes a seat in the wheelchair
again.
Baron von Raschke asks when he will be ready to wrestle again. DK says he still hasn't got clearance from his doctor.
Raschke offers him a title shot against Davey Boy Smith at the 10th Anniversary Spectacular on Dec 14th. A little less then
3 weeks away, he asks DK if he will be ready. DK dances around the question until Davey Boy Smith comes to the ring wearing
his title belt. He provokes DK with the apporval of the fans. DK tries to stand but is restrained by his nurse. From the wheelchair
DK says he'll make sure he's ready for Dec 14th, and this time it will be Davey Boy leaving in an ambulance.
Davey throws one more thing out to DK before he leaves. He talks about the two of them growing up in the soot of the
coal mines. He says that River City Wrestling has a history of Coal Miner's Glove matches, where a steel coal miner's glove
is put on top of the ringpost and it is legal to use. He challenges DK to make their match a coal miner's glove match, and
of course DK can only accept. As DBS leaves the ring DK gets out of his wheelchair and is going to attack DBS from behind.
But Davey Boy turns around with a big smile on his face, pops DK a quick jab in the face, then pushes him backward. DK lands
hard in his wheelchair and it topples over backward. DBS says "I'll see you at the 10th".
Johnnie Stewart (/w Beauty) defeated The Beast by pinfall after a northern lights suplex at 6:11
**Stewart is on his way up, Beast looks like he is done. Beauty accompanied Stewart to the ring and this seemed to distract
Beast as well.
Handi-Cap Match
"Sweet Daddy" Brent Sampson defeated Ron Ritchie & Len Crazy Horse by pinfall after a belly to belly suplex
on Ritchie at 5:43
**Sampson was over matched in this one, but received some help when Pat Brady distracted the ref and Crazy Horse outside
the ring, and this allowed Sampson to run Ritchie to the ropes where Bobby Bass was waiting on the ring apron to hit him with
the ring bell.
RCW Tag Team Title Match
Bruise Brothers defeated Tommy Jammer & Johnnie Stewart by pinfall when Picone pinned Stewart after a powerbomb

Bout #6: Coal Miner’s Glove Match Special Guest Referee: Billy Robinson
Davey
Boy Smith, 245 lbs., Leeds, England v Dynamite Kid, 207 lbs., Manchester, England
The Coal Miner’s
glove is suspended on a pole above one of the ringposts. It is a legal foreign object and can be used, but the match is still
decided by pinfall or submission. Dynamite Kid starts strong and nails a double underhook suplex, drawing the ire of the
crowd. Side suplex, and a monkey flip, and DK is on his way up to get the glove. DBS pulls him down. But DK has the advantage
and pushes it. His first mistake though is after throwing DBS out of the ring he tries to nail him with a plancha and DBS
moves out of the way. They battle outside the ring and then back inside. Davey Boy Smith whips Dynamite Kid into the ropes.
They trade the advantage back and forth and DK seems to settle down a bit, even working a sleeperhold. DK takes the advantage,
and after a headbutt tries again for the glove. This time DBS follows him up and brings him back down to the mat with a superplex
that rattles the ring. Try as he might to hold an advantage it seems that DBS is just too winded by the early damage he has
sustained and DK keeps control of most of the match. The other things that become apparent in the match is that both men share
a common repetoire of moves, and that referee Billy Robinson is letting them settle this between themselves, as he is very
lenient. DK takes DBS down with a single leg but when he tries for the figure four DBS kicks him off. Smith nails Kid with
a powerslam and gets a 2 count. DBS complains about a slow count which seems to piss off Robinson. DBS comes off the ropes
and rocks DK with a clothesline. He then nails a running powerslam but only gets a 2 count as DK reaches the ropes with his
fingers. The crowd is behind Davey Boy Smith all the way. DBS slows things down with a sleeperhold, and then a fireman’s
carry. DBS tries to climb the turnbuckle but DK grabs him by the tights and pulls him down. Kid nails Smith with a dropkick.
DK tries to follow up with a gutwrench but DBS counters with a backdrop, but DK turns it into a sunset and gets a near fall.
DK is all over DBS with a headbutt, a piledriver, and a gutwrench suplex but only gets a 2 count. DK loses the advantage when
DBS side-steps a dropkick attempt. DBS hits his usual clothesline and powerslam but only gets a 2 count. The two Brits exchange
headbutts in the middle of the ring and then begin to throw fists. DK takes the match outside the ring where he punishes DBS
by tossing him into the guardrail. He nails a snap suplex on the ground and then applies the sleeperhold until DBS gets out
by using a jawbreaker. Back inside the ring DBS hits an inverted atomic drop and then a clothesline which knocks DK out of
the ring. Outside the ring DK takes the advantage back with a dropkick to the knee. Back inside he punishes DBS with a gutwrench
suplex and a double underhook suplex. DBS though fights back and hits DK with another powerslam. He climbs the pole and has
the glove in his grasp, but DK pulls him back down. The glove falls to the mat. DBS puts DK into a sleeperhold, but the Kid
reaches the ropes after a few seconds. DBS bodyslams DK and covers for a 2 count. He then goes to get the glove but DK clips
him from behind. As DBS goes down he knocks the glove out of the ring. DK sends DBS to the buckle, and DBS tries to clothesline
his opponent on the bounce back but DK ducks under it and then throws DBS into the corner. DBS leaves the ring and recovers
the glove but as he is entering the ring DK pulls up on the ring ropes and crotches his cousin. DBS falls into the ring and
the glove falls to the mat again. DK tries to put it on but DBS has recovered and nails Kid with a hard punch that knocks
the glove flying. DBS and DK both scramble for the glove. Referee Billy Robinson is in the way though and ends up colliding
with DBS. It really looks like he was trying to get into DBS’ path though, and the fans begin to revolt. DK puts the
glove on as DBS untangles himself from Robinson. But as he passes by Robinson the referee sticks his leg out and trips Smith,
again looking like it may have been an accident but likely was on purpose. As DBS regains his footing DK steps forward and
clocks DBS right in the head with the Coal Miner’s Glove. Smith is out cold and DK makes the pin for the tainted victory. Dynamite
Kid and Billy Robinson are being booed like there is no tomorrow.
Dynamite Kid
pinned Davey Boy Smith after hitting him with the Coal Miner’s Glove at 0:13:54.
Post-Match: Billy Robinson
quickly leaves the ring. He is being jeered by the crowd and walks away with a cocky expression on his face. Back inside the
ring DK adds insult to injury by coming off the ropes and nailing DBS with a flying headbutt.
That should set everyone up for Thursday's big event, the 10th Anniversary Spectacular!!
